'Slavic Mythology' Art Book, second edition
Slavic folklore passes on stories on various colourful creatures, from mighty gods to tiny spirits. They live in forests and occupy households. They have shape shifting abilities. They’re moody and unpredictable.
the “Slavic Mythology” project started in 2020 with an online series under the graceful name ‘Slavtober’. Now, at last, it’s a magical art book combining illustrations, symbols and original writings, which will introduce deities and demons of Slavic mythology.
This book introduces 16 Slavic folklore creatures together with their stories (some of them well known, some of them almost forgotten) and is probably one of few Slavic publications like this in English.
it is the 2nd edition of the book, with refined details and updated text.
